Ms. Lyons helps attorneys and their clients develop out-of-court settlements, negotiations and case evaluations throughout Bucks County and surrounding counties. Ms. Lyons has been a lawyer since 1981. She began her career as both defense and plaintiffs’ counsel and became a neutral lawyer in 1994 and established the Bucks County Mediation and Arbitration Center.
Since that time, she has offered full-service ADR solutions for matters involving complex business, commercial law and real estate development disputes, personal injury, premises liability and insurance coverage issues, as well as many other civil law disputes such as equity and municipal law and employee and employer conflicts from her Bucks County office.
